LIVE SETUP

Being on the cutting edge of technology Bob Luna has emulated the sound of an orchestra in a live context since his work with Dionne Warwick in the 90s.

He is able to achieve this task with the use of 2 laptops and his creative method of using and mapping zones on the keyboards. Artists that have benefited from his innovative style have been Sister Sledge, Deniece Williams, Dionne Warwick, Juice Newton, Maxine Nightengale, The Friends Of Distinction, The Cascades.

The 2 laptops are a 17"Macbook Pro running Logic 8 with the orchestral library "Vienna Instruments" and a 17" Fujitsu PC running Gigastudio 3, Kick Ass Brass and Broadway Big Band.

With this live setup he has been able to take the place of many keyboard players that are usually hired to collectively fill this role.
